Job Description
The Air Mobility & Maritime Missions (AMMM) line of business (LoB) is comprised of the C-130 Hercules, the C-5 Galaxy, and the P-3 Orion. AMMM team members design, build, deliver and sustain these platforms which make history on a truly global scale. From delivering troops and vital supplies to all corners of the world to patrolling global coastlines and waters, these aircraft continue to redefine air mobility and maritime capabilities. AMMM is also working on next generation Mobility platforms.

The Lockheed Martin (LM) Aeronautics Business Transformation (Aero BX) organization is seeking a strong, self-motivated thought leader to assume the Transformation Information Technology (IT) Business Partner leadership role in the Strategy & Business Agility (S&BA) organization enabling AMMM LoB as well as self-sustaining off-site teams for other LoBs. S&BA is chartered with the strategic alignment of Aero BX with the Aeronautics business area and LM as a whole.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Aero BX Strategy & Business Agility and dotted lined to the Marietta General Manager and Vice President of AMMM, the selected candidate will serve as a member of the AMMM executive leadership team as well as serving as the Transformation IT Business Partner lead for AMMM and Off-Site Programs. The selected leader will act as primary liaison and strategic business transformation partner to the Aeronautics LoBs, providing innovative IT solutions to deliver on key results, supporting affordability initiatives, providing a competitive advantage, and driving toward the One Lockheed Martin Transformation (1LMX). The role also partners with Aeronautics and Corporate subject matter experts (SMEs) to champion and enable adoption of 1LMX capabilities for the LoBs.

The selected leader will partner closely with the Aero BX and 1LMX organizations to ensure business and transformation initiatives are aligned in support of one common goal: delivering enhanced capabilities to the business while increasing value delivery to our customers and enabling OneLM. Collaborating across the business, the ITBP lead will enable a business aligned strategy and roadmap, bringing discriminating technologies to LoB. The chosen individual will lead a small team of dedicated personnel supporting AMMM, the Marietta site and off-site teams. The chosen individual will also act as the IT Site Lead for the Marietta location, staying aware of all activity impacting the Marietta site and interfacing with IT leads supporting the site.

Primary Aero BX POC to LoB and Program leadership, supporting LOB Reviews and business rhythms
Responsible for managing the LoB digital portfolio, to include 1LMX/transformation and IT products and services.
Aligns Aero BX and 1LMX strategies to the LoB strategies across Programs
Captures LoB business needs and point points as inputs to Aero BX governance process to prioritize new transformation capability investment across Aero/1LMX
Monitor capability deliveries to validate business value is realized and reported within the LoB
Aligns LoB business needs with 1LMX and Aero transformation capability portfolios and roadmaps. Drive development and maintenance of 1LMX LoB/Program Roadmaps
Educate Program on the 1LMX portfolio, ensuring the full transformation portfolio is understood and leveraged in business development and proposals
Collaborate with other LoB Transformation Business Partners to identify synergies and drive alignment and prioritization across LoBs to achieve strategic business outcomes
Ensure risks are identified, tracked and mitigated and opportunities identified to reduce cost and schedule while increasing and/or optimizing performance
Proactively keep LOB and Aero BX executive management apprised of issues/recovery plans

Basic Qualifications
Program Management or equivalent experience managing a complex program and proven prior experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.

• Experience developing transformation strategy by building key relationships and operationalizing them into streamlined, agile execution plans, leading teams to deliver high value solutions.

• Proven ability to examine multiple strategic options and select a course of action and direction for future business requirements, successfully partnering with the Line of Business and functional supporting organizations to achieve common objectives.

• Must possess effective executive level verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting internally and externally.

• Ability to obtain Secret Clearance.

• Knowledge of the LoB product portfolio

• Ability to travel as required.

Ability to work remotely
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Security Clearance Information
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $134,000 - $256,900 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $154,100 - $290,400. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
