Job Description

Event Management

  • Be part of the entire event management process along with event director and wider team
  • Support the design and delivery of event and user experience for various types of events (ie. exhibition, conference, awards, etc)
  • Responsible for the smooth delivery of the pre-event preparation work and post event reporting to the organization
  • Propose ideas to improve customer experience (ie. new programmes, engagement features, etc)
  • Take ownership of event partnership; from conceptualization to delivery, including all business proposition and legal documentation
  • Take ownership for feature areas from conceptualization to execution
  • Work with Sales, Marketing and Operation teams to ensure all elements of the events are in alignment to set up for success

Sponsorship

  • Work closely with Event Director and Sales team on sponsorship packages and deliverables
  • Work with sales team to design customized sponsorship packages while coordinating with the legal team to maintain contractual integrity.
  • Manage and track all sponsorship packages progress
  • Serve as main sponsorship liaison person to sponsors - work with sponsors on their package deliverables and to identify their needs, provide feedback and periodic reports when needed

Others

  • Onsite and other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned
  • Develop deep industry knowledge through internal and external relationships with partners and associations
  • Work with event director to ensure that KPIs, ie revenue and customer satisfaction ratings are met
  • Coordinate with relevant government stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and timely documentation.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with large-scale tradeshow organizers.
  • Possess good planning, organizational, communication and multi-tasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS office skills
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, candidates with lesser experience may be considered for Senior Event Executive
  • Preferably able to start immediately
