In cooperation with the Norwegian Shipowners’ Association, we are offering a structured, well established 18-month Trainee program starting fall 2025. Besides an introduction to vessel operations and management, the DOF journey will take you through the different project stages from tendering to project delivery. Analytical skills and the ability to solve complex challenges will be valued. As a graduate/trainee in DOF, you will have a steep learning curve and are expected to develop an overall understanding of our activities and business needs.
