Job Description We are looking for an Engineer IV who can manage complex projects and coordinate activities within their discipline, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes. You will play a crucial role in optimizing technical workflows and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze technical requirements and assess risks and opportunities for products and processes.
Develop basic and detailed engineering packages, including drawings, calculations, and technical purchasing specifications.
Verify and review technical documentation to ensure compliance with internal standards and legal regulations.
Revise and adjust documentation based on feedback from internal teams and clients.
Provide technical support to project teams and clients during solution implementation.
Coordinate sub-projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve established objectives.
Identify bottlenecks in processes and propose innovative solutions for optimization and cost reduction.
Document activities and prepare periodic reports on project progress.
Adhere to safety regulations and actively participate in training sessions for risk prevention and workplace safety.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in engineering, with at least 2 years in sub-project coordination.
Advanced expertise in one technical discipline and a solid understanding of related disciplines.
Strong coordination and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in using technical design software (e.g., AutoCAD – advanced, Eplan – advanced, MS Project).
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and technical documentation management skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
