Role Mission: As a Structural Engineer you will bring a strong background in structural design and supervision for large-scale infrastructure projects. Your mission is to support further the capability of Rogan and Associates in contributing to high-impact port and road infrastructure projects, adhering toto sustainable and efficient engineering solutions. You will need to work as a senior member of a team of junior and experienced civil and geotechnical engineers, supervising and mentoring their work in structural engineering
Reporting to: Managing Directors
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structural designs for maritime and coastal infrastructure projects, including breakwaters, piers, quay walls, pavements, and jetties.
- Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project integration and innovative solutions.
- Provide expert input during project planning, execution, and supervision phases.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Eurocodes, international and Greek standards, and environmental guidelines.
Requirements - Degree in Civil - Structural Engineering from a recognized university; a master’s degree in structural, or geotechnical engineering, is highly desirable.
- 10+ years of professional experience in structural design for large infrastructure projects, preferably in harbour works.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software – finite elements analysis (e.g., SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, ANSYS or equivalent).
- Project Management Skills /Qualifications
- People Management. Capable to work with other engineers and governmental bodies
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and other engineering design tools.
