Your responsibilities
- Acquisition of new customers, development of strategic new business, support and securing of our existing customers for our maritime products
- Preparation of offers in coordination with our headquarters in Germany
- Conducting contract negotiations and assisting in the drafting of contracts
- Identification of growth and partnership potentials
- Market research and analysis of relevant key figures
- Cooperation with our head office in Rostock (Germany) for sales and marketing topics, product management and the technical support
Your qualifications
- Successfully completed technical and/or economic education, with corresponding additional related business studies and courses
- Several years of experience in a comparable position in an industrial company
- Experience in Japanese maritime industry is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation and distinctive communication skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Japanese are required
- Willingness to travel in Japan and to Germany
- Self-organized and a cooperative style of working
- A valid driver’s licence
