Contract and Maritime Law Attorney

A dynamic legal firm based in Tyger Valley is seeking a qualified Contract and Maritime Law Attorney to join its team. 

• Conduct thorough legal research and apply findings to draft well-reasoned legal opinions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
   

• South African Citizen.
• Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 3–5 years' experience.
• Strong understanding of Litigation and Contract Law.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and advising on charter parties and associated claims.
• Solid understanding of Maritime Law, with practical experience considered a strong advantage.
• UK legal experience is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently.
