As a Female Relief Officer, you will enjoy guaranteed 40 hours per week across four shifts, and willing to work days, nights, and weekends. A typical schedule may include two early shifts from 6am to 2pm and two late shifts from 2pm to 10:30pm, along with the occasional late night shift up to 3:30am every few weeks. 🕒

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Regularly patrol designated areas to detect and deter suspicious activity, ensuring all areas are secure and adhering to established security protocols
• Conduct thorough cab and body searches in accordance with company policies and procedures to prevent unauthorised items from entering restricted areas
• Perform meticulous baggage searches to identify and remove any prohibited or suspicious items, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols
• Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork related to security incidents, observations and actions taken during shifts, ensuring all documentation is detailed and organised
• Effectively communicate with colleagues, supervisors and relevant stakeholders to report incidents, share information and coordinate responses to security-related issues
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors and guests, assisting with inquiries, directions and any security-related concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Here's what we need from you:

• Full clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• RTW and 5 year history including education and/or employment
• Flexible to work early and late shifts and working nights and weekends
• Must be proficient in the English language, both spoken and written
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to physically carry out body and cab searches, including climbing into and out of a lorry cab

Desirable:

• SIA licence
