Great Hill Solutions, a Seneca Nation Group Company, is seeking a Joint / Maritime Test Planning SME to develop and execute test strategies at Naval Air Station (NAS) Fallon, NV. This role will focus on designing test concepts, data collection frameworks, and operational assessment methodologies to validate TTP effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop test plans, scenarios, and resource allocation strategies to support test objectives.
  • Identify and coordinate test venues, stakeholders, and warfighter participation for live and simulated test events.
  • Conduct research on DoD net-centric operations, CJADC2 (combined joint all-domain command and control) initiatives, and joint force targeting and engagement processes.
  • Develop data collection methodologies and test execution strategies to ensure repeatable and scalable solutions.
  • Provide operational recommendations for refining battle management aids and decision-cycle acceleration tools.

Certificates/Security Clearances/Other
Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in test planning, scenario development, and operational assessment within joint/maritime domains.
  • Experience developing test methodologies, CONOPS, and operational TTPs in support of joint warfighter initiatives.
  • Knowledge of DoD net-centric integration efforts, maritime operations, and distributed combat planning.
  • Experience working with Maritime Operations Centers, Joint Test & Evaluation programs, or major operational test initiatives.
  • Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
