Maritime Culinary Development Program
In association with and on behalf of our clients, MCTC is looking for Hotel and Restaurant Management School graduates to join our intensive and extensive Maritime Culinary Development Program and pursue a career in the maritime industry as Messman on board merchant vessels. After successful completion of the course, graduates are employed on the clients' vessels and open up the opportunity of their promotion to a higher position. 

Our comprehensive course curriculum delves deep into both the practical and theoretical realms, offering a rich learning experience that encompasses:

Preliminary Requirements:

  • 4-year Hotel and Restaurant Management School graduate
  • Good understanding of the English language (written and verbal).
  • Good time-management and task organization skills.
  • Passion for the shipping industry.
  • Willingness to undergo training.
