Our partners, Rogan Associates is a leading engineering consultancy specializing in the design and supervision of ports, marine works, and waterfronts since 1977. The company has a diverse portfolio and delivers innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges globally.

Role Mission: As an MEP Engineer the major projects  that you will be involved is in port and road infrastructures, contributing to sustainable and efficient engineering solutions. This is a stand alone role but bear in mind that gradually, and as the business will grow, you will need to build the skillset of junior  to create a team.  Therefore gradually your role will be transformed from a sole contributor to a  a technical manager.

Reporting to: Managing Directors

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and analyze electromechanical systems for port facilities, coastal structures, and road infrastructure.
  • Prepare and review technical specifications, drawings, and related documentation for electromechanical installations.
  • Supervise the implementation of designs on-site, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electromechanical solutions into broader project scopes.
  • Ensure compliance with international and Greek standards, environmental guidelines, and safety protocols.


Requirements
  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution; a master’s degree is desirable.
  • 7+ years of experience in electromechanical design for large infrastructure projects, particularly in ports or road systems.
  • Proficiency in electromechanical design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
  • Project Management Skills /Qualifications
  • People Management. Capable to work with other engineers and governmental bodies
  • Excellent understanding of energy-efficient and sustainable engineering practices.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal; additional language skills are a plus.
