We are looking for a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive - NVOCC (Outside Sales) to join our company.

The Senior Sales and Marketing Executive NVOCC is responsible for driving business growth by developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies. This role involves identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting the company's services to enhance market presence and achieve revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the shipping and logistics industry, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs. This role is critical to the growth and success of the company's NVOCC operations.

NVOCC Sales Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with shippers, consignees, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct sales visits and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market demands.
  • Develop strategies to capture market share.
  • Set sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to promote NVOCC services.
  • Identify target markets and segments.

Trade Management with the NVOCC Principles:

  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Manage the company's online presence, including the website and social media platforms.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Develop content for marketing materials, such as Service Flyers and presentations to educate the clients and Principles.
  • Manage event logistics and promotional activities.
  • Use data to refine marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.
  • Work with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for marketing initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of the shipping and logistics industry, particularly NVOCC operations.
  • Proven sales and marketing experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing tools.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
