Locations we are looking at:

  • You have the opportunity to join us regardless of your location, because mobile working is part of our corporate culture.
  • However, we would be happy if you come from Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, or Germany. 








Responsibilities






  • You perform desk research to understand new customers, technology domains, and industries as well as evaluate the potential of a specific opportunity/tender.
  • You develop compelling, well-structured customer presentations and documents (e.g., proposals and tender responses). This includes envisioning customer specific relevant and thoughtful technology and business design concepts.
  • You motivate, influence, and utilize internal Nortal resources as well as new and existing ecosystem partners to create and validate materials addressing customer business challenges.
  • You need to understand the industry or customer context, identify existing challenges, explore possible solutions, propose our solutions, and outline our delivery plan and set-up.
  • You deliver the gathered materials to customers effectively, incl. participation at customer meetings. This involves becoming a domain specialist within focus topics (incl. Smart Port, data & sustainability etc.).
  • Occasionally you will participate in customer assignments as a part of project team. This can include desk research, understanding customer needs, drafting solution concepts, engaging the customer in various formats (e.g. live and online workshops) etc.

Nice-to-have: 

 

  • Preferable is education with a background in Business & IT (or engineering), degrees in IT management service design, or credible professional training.
  • Substantial experience in a professional consulting firm. 
  • Experience with hardware-related projects
  • Experience in transportation, logistics, or maritime sectors. 
  • Proficiency in French, Scandinavian languages, or Spanish is a plus. 
  • Readiness to travel on-site (mostly Northern and Western Europe).
