Senior Manager (Maritime - Commercial)

As a Senior Manager at K39 Consulting, you will be instrumental in delivering innovative solutions to our clients. Your role will involve establishing strong relationships by consistently surpassing client expectations and embodying K39's core values and behaviours.

Utilising your expertise and professional network, you will offer valuable insights into market trends and client needs. You will be adept at guiding clients through the complexities of the Defence and Commonwealth commercial/ procurement sectors.

We seek a Senior Manager who is both adaptable and capable of serving a diverse client base. You should be comfortable leading a team or working independently. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting important stakeholders within the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Execute consulting services to our clients whilst upholding K39 values and behaviours


• Advise clients on contemporary contract management practices and compliance with relevant policies


• Support the General Manager - Maritime, with identifying opportunities and developing professional relationships with potential clients


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners


• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, as applicable


• As per client requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, Engineering, Law, or related discipline or equivalent experience


• Minimum 8 years’ experience delivering in a similar role or related field


• Familiarity with ASDEFCON suit of templates


• Experience in defence-related industries


• Strong interpersonal skills, influencing and negotiating
